Care Instructions
Q: Should I wash my Sodateru towel before the first use?
A: Yes. We recommend washing your towels before using them.
Q: Can I wash my Sodateru towel with other clothes?
A: Yes. However, we strongly recommend washing your towels only with other soft items. Do not wash your towels with items that can pull or break threads (zippers, hooks, Velcro, etc.).
Q. Should I use a laundry net inside the washing machine?
A. We recommend using a laundry bag if you use a front load washing machine.
Q: Are Sodateru towels dryer safe?
A: Yes. Our towels are dryer safe.
Q: Can I dry my Sodateru Towel in a shaded space when I don’t have a dryer?
A: Yes. Shake out your towel well before drying. This will help create even more air pocket within the threads and make the towel fluffier when dried. Place in a well ventilated and shaded space for best result.
Q: Can I use bleach?
A: No. Do not use bleach. Bleach may damage or discolor the towels.
Q: Can I use fabric softener?
A: We do not recommend using fabric softener. Softener may coat the threads and decrease water absorbency. Our towels will remain fluffy without softener.
Q: I see some broken threads. What should I do?
A: Use a pair of scissors to gently cut any broken threads. The remaining threads will not be affected.
Return Policy
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We guarantee 100% satisfaction. You may return any products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The items MUST be in their original sale-able condition, with all packaging intact (unless accompanied by a damage report documented by the shipper) and with proof of purchase.
Q: I’d like to return the item I ordered. What should I do?
A: Please contact us and tell us which item you want to return. We will email you instructions.
Q: Can I exchange the item I ordered?
A: Yes. Please refer our return policy and contact us.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will have longer delivery times.
Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: No. We offer shipping only inside the USA.
Q: Can I place an order from Japan?
A: Yes. You can place an order from Japan and/or other countries as long as the delivery address is inside the USA.
Q: If I want to send a gift to someone, how can the recipient know the package is from me?
A: If you wish to send Sodateru towels as a gift to someone inside the USA, please contact us and we can put a message card inside the box with your name.

Q: 育てるタオルは初めて使う前に一度洗った方がいいですか？
A: はい。初めて使う前に一度洗うことをお勧めします。
Q: 育てるタオルは他の洗濯物と一緒に洗ってもいいですか？
A: はい。他の柔らかいものと一緒に洗濯できます。ただし、糸引き（糸が飛び出した状態）の原因になりやすいファスナー、かぎ状の留め金、マジックテープなどがついているものと一緒に洗うことはお避けください。
Q: 育てるタオルを洗う時、洗濯用のネットに入れた方がいいですか？
A: ドラム式の洗濯機を使う場合は、ネットに入れて洗うことをお勧めします。
Q: 育てるタオルは乾燥機にかけてもいいですか？
A: はい。乾燥機にかけても大丈夫です。
Q: 乾燥機を使わない場合は陰干しでもいいですか？
A: はい。乾かす前にまずタオルをパタパタとはたき、糸の隙間に空気を含ませます。そして風通しのいい場所で陰干しすることで、ふんわりとした柔らかさを保つことができます。
Q: 漂白剤を使ってもいいですか？
A: いいえ。漂白剤は使わないでください。漂白剤はタオルを傷めたり変色させることがあります。
Q: 柔軟剤は使ってもいいですか？
A: 柔軟剤のご使用はお勧めしません。柔軟剤を使用することで糸をコーティングしてしまい、吸水性が下がることがあります。育てるタオルは柔軟剤を使わなくても十分柔らかいです。
Q: 糸引き（糸が飛び出した状態）があります。どうしたらいいですか？
A: 糸引きはハサミで丁寧に切ってください。そこから糸がほつれるようなことはありません。
返品について
Q: 返品に関するポリシーについて教えてください。
A: 私たちは、弊社の商品に100％ご満足いただけることを保証します。返品をご希望の場合、ご購入から30日以内でしたら全額をお返しいたします（送料は除く）。返品の際、商品は再度販売可能な元の状態であることが必要で（配送時に商品が破損した場合は除く）、ご購入の際のレシートも必要になります。

Q: 配送にかかる時間はどのぐらいですか？
